Polysorbate 20

A solubiliser/emulsifier for dissolving oil into water.

Used in room sprays, floral waters, bath oils etc.

To make a room spray, combine equal amounts of fragrance or essential oil with the solubiliser. Mix well and add to water (deionised is best). The liquid will be cloudy so best used in opaque bottles. Great with aluminium bottles and the mist spray.
