Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the whole of the UK and a large number of European countries.
UK - including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands.
Europe: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Republic of Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Mainland Spain, Sweden.

How much does delivery cost?
All the shipping prices are based on the weight of the packaged item, the county and country it is being shipped to.
UK mainland courier deliveries are on a next working day basis (this does not include bank holidays or weekends).
This is not a guaranteed service and occasionally mistakes can happen. Just a Soap accepts no liability for any delays and offer no compensation if a delivery is delayed.
Our courier delivery rates for the majority of the United Kingdom are as follows and are exclusive of VAT:
Shipping is a flat rate of £6.49 for up to 25kg.
Over 25kg the price is calculated at £6.49 per 25kg up to a maximum of 100kg where the price remains fixed at £24.99. Shipping can be expensive so we would recommend that you go to the full 25kg if you can. The shipping costs are calculated by weight.
There is a higher charge for items being sent to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands via the courier service. The cost for Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands is £9.99 +VAT for up to 25kg.
The postcodes included in this area are: AB37-38, AB41-45, AB51-56, FK20-21, IV1-40, IV52-54, HS1-9, BT, KW1-17, ZE1-3,PA20-39, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH415-44, KA27-28, IM, TR21-25, JE, GY.
Certain areas of the mainland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, and Northern Ireland may have a 2 day delivery.
International delivery prices are as follows for a maximum weight of 25kg:
To send to Belgium, France, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Italy, Germany: £16.00
To send to Republic of Ireland: £14.50
To send to Denmark, Portugal, Austria, Poland, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania and Sweden: £21.00
To send to Finland, Mainland Spain: £18.50.
To send to the Channel Isles please select United Kingdom - Channel Isles as your country. This will also remove the VAT.
Courier rates to the Channel Isles are as follows: Up to 25kg: £15.00
How long does delivery take and what's involved?
All UK mainland orders are sent out on a next working day delivery service which is Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. All orders both UK and International are sent out by courier and a signature will be required unless you have left instructions during the checkout process.
While the next day delivery service is reliable it is not guaranteed and sometimes events, which are out of our control, can happen - trucks do break down, accidents can happen and bad weather can close roads. Should this happen we do apologise.
A signature will be required for the parcel unless you have left other delivery instructions such as leave in the shed or leave with a neighbour. While the courier is happy for the parcel to be left in a safe place, please be aware that this is at your own risk. If something happens to the parcel, when you have asked for it to be left, there is very little we can do.
Please check your order confirmation email to ensure you have selected the correct shipping address. If a parcel has to be redelivered due to customer error then another delivery charge will be made.
When the order has been despatched you will receive an email with the courier tracking numbers. This is to enable you to see where your parcel is. If your parcel has not arrived within two working days of the expected delivery date, then please tell us.

What happens if I miss my delivery?
Sometimes these things happen and you miss the delivery. The courier will leave you a card through the letterbox advising you of how to arrange a second delivery. If you have any doubts, then check the courier website to see what has happened or phone us on 01284 735043 Monday to Friday, 9am -4.30pm. Your parcel number will be in the confirmation email from us to help you. We would recommend you contact the courier as soon as possible as they do not keep parcels for an unlimited time. After 5 days if unclaimed the parcel will be returned to us. If the courier is unable to deliver a parcel then they do charge for returning back to us. Unfortunately we have to pass this charge on. Therefore we strongly recommend you use the tracking information given to check the progress of your delivery.

Can I have free delivery?
We would really like to offer free delivery, but to do this we would have to raise all of our prices and we have always felt this would not be a popular thing to do. To make the most of the courier cost it really is a good idea to go to the maximum weight of 25kg.

Do you do a Saturday delivery service?
We do offer a Saturday delivery service for the majority of the United Kingdom for an extra £3.00 (+VAT). Please place your order before 11am on the preceding Friday and we will send it out on the Saturday service. All the usual restrictions will apply such as weather, breakdown etc so please remember this is not a guaranteed service. Should the parcel not arrive as expected due to unforeseen circumstances we will refund the difference in cost of the standard service.

International Orders - things to remember
All international orders have to fit in one box. If the order is likely to need more than one box we will let you know beforehand and ask you if you wish to go ahead.
If you do have any delivery instructions, it's a good idea to put them in your own language. We may not be able to understand it but the delivery driver will.
All international
deliveries must be signed for and cannot be left.

Can I send an item back?
If you are not happy with an item or simply don't like it then contact us and we will give you the information needed about how to return it to us. This only applies to unopened unused goods. If you have opened a pack of soap and tried a bit and then decide you don't like it, we are sorry but we can't take it back. Any goods returned must be in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 30 days of receipt of your goods .Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of fragrances. Do I have to pay to send it back?
Unfortunately we do not offer a free returns service. However, we will offer you a full refund of the cost of the goods and we won't charge you a restocking charge as long as the goods are sealed in their original packaging. When we receive the item back we will immediately refund the cost of the goods back to your payment card.

My goods have arrived damaged - what do I do?
If the parcel is obviously damaged when it has been delivered to you, please write DAMAGED on the courier's sheet. If you are in any doubt you can refuse to accept the delivery. This helps to speed up the claim process. If you are unable to do this, then please notify us by email within two working days of delivery and if possible send us a photo of the damage. We can then arrange to collect the damaged goods and organise a replacement. Please keep any damaged goods with the original packaging as they will have to be returned to us in this state.
