All our shipping prices are based on the weight of the packaged item, the county and country it is being shipped to. Unfortunately a lot of our products are heavy which means the shipping rate will be high.
The courier delivery is a next working day delivery service and the Royal Mail parcel post service is a 3-5 working day delivery service.
Most UK courier deliveries are on a NEXT WORKING DAY basis in order to get your order to you as quickly as possible, where "Working Day" means Monday to Friday until 17.30pm. This is not a guaranteed service and occasionally mistakes can happen. Just a Soap accepts no liability for any delays and offer no compensation if a delivery is delayed. Certain areas of the mainland, Scottish highlands and islands, and Northern Ireland may have a 2 day delivery.
Our courier delivery rates for the majority of the United Kingdom are as follows and are exclusive of VAT:
Packages weighing upto 6kg = £5.99
Packages weighing between 6kg and under 26kg = £6.49 + VAT
There is a surcharge for items being sent to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands and the Channel Isles via the courier service.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE FOLLOWING:
Please ensure that the delivery address is where there is someone to accept the parcel as a signature WILL be required unless the customer is happy for the parcel to be left in a safe place . The courier will leave the parcel in a safe place IF you add this information in when placing your order. If you would like the parcel delivered to a different address (maybe a work address) please enter this information into the shipping address field or in the comments field. If your address is difficult to locate please give extra instructions.
If you are not in to accept delivery, the couriers will leave a card and will wait for you to contact them to rearrange delivery. The charge we make only covers 2 delivery attempts to the address entered on the order form. If the customer requests a different address after the parcel has been despatched there will be another delivery charge. If a third delivery is needed a further delivery charge will be made.
The couriers do not keep parcels for an unlimited time and after 5 days if unclaimed the parcel will be returned. The courier company makes a charge for returning a parcel and this will be passed on to the customer.
If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will do what we can to ensure it is delivered on time. All courier deliveries are on a next working day basis but this is NOT guaranteed and errors can occur. Guaranteed next day/timed delivery and Saturday delivery can be arranged but there will be an extra cost.
The following rates apply outside the UK and include VAT where applicable. For international orders the items MUST fit in ONE box. If the order is likely to need more than one box the customer will be informed about the extra cost beforehand.
To send to Belgium, France, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Republic of Ireland, Germany:
Packages weighing upto 26kg: £17.00
To send to Denmark and Italy:
Packages weighing up to 26kg: £21.00
To send to Austria, Finland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain:
Packages weighing upto 26kg: £26.00
To send to the Channel Isles please select United Kingdom - Channel Isles as your country. This will also remove the VAT.
Courier rates to the Channel Isles are as follows:
Up to 26kg: £20.90
ORDER QUERIESPlease notify us by email with your order number within 2 working days of receipt of your order about any damaged or missing goods so we can arrange a replacement, credit note or refund. Claims made after this time will not be entertained.
Goods may be returned to us within 14 days from the day of delivery providing they are unopened and unused. If you have opened a pack of goods we are unable to accept a return. Goods are refunded for their cost excluding return postage costs. This does not include colours, fragrances, or custom made products. We do not offer a free return/exchange service.
By law the customer has seven working days after the date of delivery to cancel an order. If you wish to do so you must inform Just a Soap either by writing, email or fax. The customer pays for the cost of returning the goods. Please see the following link for further information -
